The city within a city comprises of the Land of Legends theme park; a luxurious 17,000 sqm hotel; a 196,000 sqm shopping boulevard; a 146,000 sqm wildlife park; a 280,000 sqm waterpark with 72 waterslides, a splash cinema and a water coaster; a viewing terrace reaching 111m in height; a family entertainment centre; and river tours for guests.
